The Terracotta rug from the Saline collection is a model made from PET fibres, suitable for outdoor use. The apparent simplicity of its design encloses a mixture of two types of volumes and yarns: orange and brown zigzag yarns, present in the more voluminous areas, and solid brown yarns, used in the flatter areas. Their combination generates a somewhat hypnotic appearance, like a marbled surface, which one has to look at in detail to realise its complex structure and execution.
